But beneath the surface of this chaos, something powerful is happening.

 

Humanity is AWAKENING.

More and more of us are beginning to see that our outer world is a mirror of our inner one—that the healing of our planet begins with the healing of ourselves.

 

As I hope Innerlight Evolution reflects, I believe every moment of awareness ripples outward. Every act of love, forgiveness, and truth adds light to the collective field. Healing yourself is not selfish—it’s world-changing.

How It All Began

 

Innerlight Evolution was born from a vision: to help people reconnect to the light within themselves through intentional creation, community, and consciousness.

​

It started in 2024 as a small dream—a clothing brand designed to carry higher truth. I wanted each piece to be more than fabric. I wanted it to anchor energy. To remind the wearer that they are powerful, loved, and capable of transformation.

​

From there, the vision grew.

I began adding resources, blogs, and coaching—tools to help others heal and awaken, just as I have. What began as a creative project evolved into a sacred mission: to support the evolution of human consciousness, one person at a time.

Meet the Creator

 

Hi, I’m Jane—or Alyssa if you prefer the name on my birth certificate. I’m 38, a proud mother of two boys, and I currently live in Michigan, though I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California. Some further labels: Neurodivergent, Empath, HSP, INFP, Manifesting Generator, Virgo. Truly, I am Spirit in human form having an experience.

My awakening journey began in 2013. Life had brought me to my knees in ways that forced me to look inward—to question who I really was and what all of this was for. Through deep inner work, meditation, and an openness to divine guidance, I began to experience something profound: peace that wasn’t dependent on circumstances, and love that came from simply being.

​

Over the years, I’ve explored the depths of consciousness through many paths—psychology, spirituality, trauma healing, plant medicine, and Human Design. I’ve held sacred psilocybin ceremonies, co-facilitated workshops, and offered guidance for others on their awakening journeys. I’m trauma-informed, initiated to offer Deeksha (the Oneness Blessing), and endlessly fascinated by the intersection of technology, creativity, and human transformation.

I work full-time, raise my children on my own, and build Innerlight Evolution piece by piece in the quiet hours of the day. Every bit of income from this site helps me continue creating content, clothing, and consciousness resources that uplift others while building an independent, intentional life for my family.

​

This isn’t just business for me—it’s soul work.

It’s the tangible expression of what I’ve learned through years of falling apart and coming back home to myself.
